The service I received from Happy Wallet exceeded my expectations. I called with problem with my car and would only be in town for three more days. Happy Wallet told me to bring it on in and they would see what they could do to solve the problem. Within 2 hours I had a diagnosis, an estimate and a promise to try to have the repairs completed before I had to leave. I picked up my car the following day! I now have my new car maintenance an repair shop thanks to the wonderful staff at Happy Wallet.

I was visiting in Naples from out of state, my car developed shifting issues (manual transmission).the local dealer did not diagnosed and properly repaired the car yet charged me a huge bill. I found Happy Wallet with a search and took my car there. I’m very happy with their work, it was performed quickly and the symptoms disappeared. Their price was $1000 less than the dealer quoted to fix their poor work. I just moved from NY and my car needed Tie rod ends, the outer ones were old and needed to be replaced. We weren't sure if they can get it loose, which meant the inner ones and possibly the rack & pinion may have to be replaced. Gloria called me the next day, and told me they were able get the outer ones off.. They were honest, informative and extremely professional and very knowledgeable on my car!!!. I am a person who wants to have a dependable mechanic who I can rely on. Happy Wallet Auto is definitely a mechanic I would recommend highly 👌.!!!!!!

Never have I written about a service center except to bitch or complain. Nor this time. Germain BMW told me that I needed a new air conditioner for my 335i BMW, that would cost about $13-$1,400. I went on line for a half hour trying to find somewhere that would verify that quote. I landed on Happy Wallet on Mercantile Ave., Naples. What a fabulous and honest experience; from meeting Amanda the receptionist to Gloria the owner. How about I needed freon!!! I got the freon I needed and paid for it. Also, I had a complete inspection from top to bottom for no charge. Stop going to your dealer...go to Happy Wallet and trust me your wallet will be Happy!
