We have used Happy Wallet Auto Service and repair for over ten years for our 2003 Lexus LS 430. It presently has 168,000 miles and continues to only require support maintenance. We have found the service to be reasonable with the staff going out of their way to offer less expensive choices when available. Having only one car theiir. offer of furnishing Uber for back and forth during appointments is a nice plus. USE THEM!

The truest test of any company is how it responds when an error is made. Initially they must admit that they made an error. Although I feel certain that an error is of a rare nature at Happy Wallet, they readily expressed real contrition along with acknowledging their mistake. Secondly, their response to correcting that mistake went "above and beyond". The owner, service advisor, and #1 technician were all on the same page to get it right and get me happy. They accomplished that goal. Visit Happy Wallet and receive this same "customer first" attitude.
