Over all the expirence was adequate. They did an inspection of the vehicle and told me what was wrong but I wish I was told the full amount it would cost to repair everything on the vehicle. Shortly after I had an incident that they never noticed and the vehicle broke down completely and the vehicle is now beyond repair.
John, It was good to talk with you. Thank you for confirming that the radiator leak occurred after the vehicle left here and that you did not suspect a leak nor mention the vehicle had overheated prior to your asking us to evaluate your vehicle. You came in only for an A/C Compressor request and safety inspection. The radiator was not leaking when it was here and unfortunately there is no way of knowing in advance when a radiator would fail. We also discussed how the vehicle had not been well maintained and we found numerous items that needed to be repaired including maintenance. We gave you a range of cost but you stated you weren't sure you wanted to keep the vehicle at all. Glad to hear you're happy with your new Honda Civic you purchased and we look forward to servicing the vehicle in the future.

Thought I needed an alignment, but they saved me money, and fixed the problem without an alignment. Happy Wallet does all they can to save their customers some money!!!
