It took too long for them to find tires for my car. They accommodated me by upgraded tires at a lower rate of tires that I wanted. I also received a free oil change. Otherwise customer service was very good.
Hi, Kathy - We knew you were disappointed about the delay but knew your disappointment would only be worse had we put on the first tires that arrived for your vehicle as our tire distributor sent what they considered to be new tires but they were manufactured over 2 years prior. We know from experience that you would most likely not have been happy with the tire due to their age so providing a tire upgrade and oil change was our way of letting you know we realize you were inconvenienced. We did the best we could under the conditions created by our distributor and hope you will enjoy the great ride your new tires will provide.

Car, to me, was not "driveable"!! Got it to "Happy Wallet", and Jim was Able to diagnose problem right away. Ordered parts and 24 hours later, car drives like it's new again. Once again, these folks have ole "Bessie" good as New again!! Nothing but songs of appreciation to Jim, Janet and their team!!!
