The staff is fantastic. And the gentleman at the counter. His name eludes me at the moment, my apologies. But he is terrific. Very helpful and patient. Very kind and explained things to me. And even helpful to my dad. He is having same issue. And will be bringing his truck in when he gets back from vacation. Your mechanics there are terrific and very knowledgeable. Considering my vehicle is from the year 2015. Definitely more knowledgeable and better at trying to figure out problem and solution than the ones at the KIA service/dealership department.
