All can say is "ditto"!!! ..... more of what have always said.... except this time I got a "reminder note", "my brakes probably needed to be checked according to mileage and records"!!! Took car in and indeed, brakes need attention!!! With all the driving I do, coupled with all the rain we are experiencing, words cannot express my gratitude and relief for these people looking after my safety and best interest. Great service! I've never had anyone call to let me know what was happening, how things were progressing, and even to let me know when they would be out of the office before. They fixed the problem, for which I brought my car in for, changed the oil, and let me know what they felt needed to be done to save me money in the long run, but applied no pressure to do it. Everyone cringes when their car needs to go to the mechanic, but Happy Wallet lives up to their name, and even that part wasn't as painful as it would have been had I taken it somewhere else. Quality service and a fair price! I'll be back!

It was my first time doing business with Happy Wallet. I was greeted with a warm smile by the owner Janet. Janet and her staff were all very professional. Many repeat customers came in. One in particular said to me, he had been coming here for years after many nightmares elsewhere. The prices were fair and very comparable to other shops. Janet spent time explaining the needs of the car at the different mile intervals. As a woman, it was nice to have someone treat me fairly. They got me in and out during my time restraints. I would certainly recommend the shop.
