Amazing place for 100% customer service from start to finish and the next project! Janet and her team are truly wonderful. I first came to them 2 days before Hurricane Irma with a window that wouldn't go up... YIKES. They right away had the process started and finished for me and I couldn't be happier with the outcome, I've been back for other services and couldn't thank you enough!

Facts: Shop nearby Quoted $1800 for repair of 1/2 of what I needed, and said they couldn't even start on it for a few weeks. (car getting worse weekly) - Clutch slave cylinder, pressure plate, main seal, labor. ****Called Happy Wallet at complete random, got a quote for $2100 (technically more, yes, but keep reading) for COMPLETE clutch kit, including everything that has to do with the clutch, main seal set, new flywheel, and new slave cylinder. (Better warranty on the parts too because they're aftermarket and not one of those that insists on OEM, even though it may have inferior warranty and cost more...) Agreed to have it done, paid half and they had the parts in (alot) by the next day. Brought them the car at approximately 11:20 on thursday 11/2/2017 and recieved a phone call at 4:00 11/3/2017 the next day saying everything was 100% done. I am an avid car enthusiast /amateur novice mechanic, I have modified and maintained my own vehicles for years and I have done this repair specifically on a different car before and it took me forever, as I don't have a garage or a professional shop, that is why it me took so long, but everyone else said it would take them 2-3 full days to get this job complete. They are ASTONISHINGLY fast, the car drives perfect, and they gave me a 24,000 / 2 year Warranty on P&L. So long as I live in southwest Florida, in the Naples area, this is now the shop I will be using. If your reading this because your like me and trust no one, and may have even been ripped off in the past but are now forced to have a professional deal with a problem that may be over your head to deal with on your vehicle, take it from me, the person that refused to let anyone touch his vehicle for the past 14 years, YOU CAN TRUST THEM. The prices they charge are more then reasonable for a town that is completely saturated with people that have substantial wealth which can typically drive the prices of things UP, instead of down.

Service to my vehicle has been very good. Phone calls most often go to voice mail and a quicker response time to messages left would be appreciated and make for exceptional customer service.

I am SO grateful to everyone at Happy Wallet for taking such good care of my daughter! She was on her way home from college in Miami to Tampa and was having car trouble... she was very upset and the staff at Happy Wallet took great care of her. They calmed her down and performed the diagnostic on her car immediately. Although, it turned out to be a transmission problem and they weren't able to fix it right away they also made sure she was safe until we could get there to pick her up. Thank you SO MUCH especially to Janet & Terry for going above and beyond - it meant the world to us.
