Amazing shop! My car was diagnosed and quoted at another shop in town for about 3x what the cost should have been. I had a feeling this was a high estimate so I called around and found Happy Wallet Auto was totally willing to help me out (even though it was 3pm on a Friday!! and I had to leave that night on a trip). Needless to say, I was in a major time crunch! They didn’t have the part in house but called all around town and was able to source the part and get me on the road for my trip! Gave me a GREAT price - like I said 3x less than my initial estimate. Great customer service. Great auto shop. Definitely recommend. Oh! Also, they have a super cozy area to wait, lots of free snacks, and will even give you a courtesy ride back home or to work if you are close. Super friendly.

Spent 700 to fix ac. Picked up and still didn't work. Took two weeks to get part that didn't work.

Back before Happy wallets expanded this was the best place to go! The bar was high and clearly set I came a few months ago for a nail in my tire and again had amazing service. So I emailed a list of work I wanted done and made an appointment. I made it clear I had to be out by 2pm or I would gladly reschedule both via email the ladie at the front desk and the mechanic. 4 hours later I reminded the ladie we have 1 hour till I have to leave and the work was not completed needles to say I had ONE request and they failed to deliver! I leave feeling like I waisted my time but understanding that worst things can happen. However I HAD TO GO BACK! After I left my front diver side break/wheel was popping loud... they were very understanding about me returning But ultimately as a paying customer I do not believe that I should have had too. the mechanic said that the popping seem to have been that the tire was not on tight enough to me this is a preventable thing Happy Wallet is a company that honestly won't overcharge you but their customer service and expectation has fallen below my satisfaction and it's very unfortunate because I truly loved this place I will be now finding a different mechanic to go to one that can complete all my work in a timely manner on time and properly the first time.

Airbag warning light flashing on 1992 Mazda Miata. Parts are no longer available so there was no way that Happy Wallet technicians could fix the problem. They suggested the alternative of me purchasing the parts on-line and then having them install. I have taken that suggestion under advisement.

I took my car in to have an oil change and tire rotation. After an hour, I was told that I would need new tires soon so a rotation would be a waste of time. That would have been fine -- even nice -- except that my guess is that the oil change had not even been started at the end of that first hour -- because the car wasn't ready for another hour!! Two hours for an oil change!? According to my print out of my appt, my appt (for an oil change, rotation, and complimentary safety check) were both supposed to be completed in 30 minutes! When I checked my receipt when I got home, it did not even indicate any items in the safety check had been done. I drove back to the store and pointed that out. It was dismissed with a "Oh, we have a new system. It doesn't always work well." I had to push for some kind of confirmation the check had been done! Throughout this experience, no one but Bevay seems very sorry for the inconveniences to me. Actually, I got the feeling they thought I was being unreasonable. I would not be complaining in such detail except my previous experiences with Happy Wallet have been so positive. For several years, I've recommended Happy Wallet to friends. What an aggravation and disappointment this experience was!
